UAE: Over the past two weeks, the United Arab Emirates has sent eight convoys carrying diverse humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip through the Egyptian Rafah Border Crossing as part of “Operation Chivalrous Knight 3.” These convoys, a visible expression of the UAE’s solidarity with the Palestinian people, reflect the country’s commitment to providing urgent assistance during the ongoing crisis. Since the reopening of the crossings on July 27, the total aid delivered by the UAE to Gaza through Rafah has surpassed 12,000 tonnes of diverse assistance. By maintaining a steady flow of supplies, the operation has eased critical shortages and offered much-needed relief to vulnerable populations, particularly families facing food insecurity and those displaced by the current conditions in the Strip.
The Emirati humanitarian aid team stationed in the city of Arish, Egypt, oversees every phase of the operation—from meticulous loading and quality checks to real-time monitoring of delivery across the border and confirmation of arrival to beneficiaries in Gaza.
