Two Emirati Girls Die In Road Accident

AL KHAIMAH: Two Emirati girls, aged 14 and 15, tragically lost their lives in a road accident on Saturday evening in Ras Al Khaimah. The incident occurred when their recreational motorcycle was struck by a private vehicle on an internal road. The Ras Al Khaimah Police confirmed the unfortunate event, attributing the collision to the driver’s inattention. The 37-year-old driver involved in the accident has been detained as authorities proceed with the investigation.

According to the police report, the accident was reported to the Police Operations Room on Saturday evening. Emergency responders, including patrol units and the National Ambulance, were immediately dispatched to the scene. Despite their swift response, the two girls succumbed to severe injuries sustained in the crash. The National Ambulance transported the victims to a hospital, where arrangements were made to return them to their families.
