To further improve service delivery, the South Al Batinah branch relocated to a new headquarters designed to meet modern standards of accessibility and comfort. The facility includes pathways and amenities for persons with disabilities, ensuring inclusivity and convenience for all community members. Additionally, the Fund strengthened its proactive engagement through 35 initiatives focused on media awareness and predictive measures, enabling it to anticipate needs and enhance responsiveness.
