Oman’s SMEs Development Authority is making waves with its Entrepreneur Readiness Program, designed to help small businesses grow and succeed. This hands-on program focuses on building essential skills, from leadership to problem-solving, while providing access to the latest tools and technology to ensure long-term success.
By September 2024, the program trained 3,723 participants, with 3,356 completing it successfully. This year alone, 1,943 individuals benefited directly, showcasing its positive impact on Oman’s business community.
