Muscat Festival Offers Exciting Events and Attractions

MUSCAT: The Muscat Festival, running until January 23, is set to offer an exhilarating mix of cultural performances, exciting adventures, and family-friendly entertainment, making it an ideal way to kick off the New Year. The festival will turn Muscat into a vibrant hub, where visitors can enjoy a range of attractions, from stunning flower displays to thrilling outdoor activities. With something for everyone, the festival promises to create lasting memories for residents and visitors alike.

One of the major highlights of the festival is the Flower Festival at Qurum National Park, where the park will come alive with colorful floral displays that are sure to captivate all who visit. Visitors can also enjoy drone shows, light and laser spectacles, and theatrical performances that add a magical touch to the experience. Another exciting feature is the Muscat Nights Cinema, offering outdoor movie nights under the stars, allowing guests to enjoy classic films in a beautiful setting.

Al Amerat Park is another festival hotspot, offering a variety of entertainment for all ages. It will host theatrical performances, a children’s car racing track, and a heritage village showcasing Oman’s cultural richness. Meanwhile, Naseem Park will thrill visitors with a drift track, carnival games, and spectacular nightly fireworks displays. The 10th Shotokan Karate Centre Open Championship, scheduled for January 10-11 at Al-Amal Sports Club, will also add a competitive edge to the festival’s offerings.
