Oman And Saudi Arabia Discuss Bilateral Cooperation

MUSCAT: Lt. Gen. Hassan Mohsin Al Shraiqi, the Inspector General of Police and Customs in Oman, hosted a meeting today with Khalil Ibrahim Salamah, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Industrial Affairs from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and his accompanying delegation. The discussions centered on strengthening the partnership between Oman and Saudi Arabia, particularly in the areas of policing, customs, and industry. The two sides explored various opportunities to enhance bilateral cooperation and address shared challenges.

The meeting also focused on the mutual interest in advancing trade and economic relations between the two nations. Both sides expressed their commitment to fostering closer ties through strategic collaborations and knowledge sharing. Dr. Saleh Said Masan, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion for Commerce and Industry, also attended the meeting.
