In March 2024, the Bank launched Dhofar Pay, a mobile payment solution converting Android smartphones into secure, contactless payment devices, marking one of the first innovations of its kind in the Sultanate. Subsequent integrations with Samsung Pay and ongoing preparations to support Apple Pay and Samsung Wallet demonstrate the Bank’s commitment to offering seamless digital payment experiences and maintaining a leadership position in fintech innovation.
