MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued three Royal Decrees that highlight Oman’s commitment to international cooperation and environmental responsibility. The first decree ratifies a framework agreement with Iran aimed at boosting bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, and development. This agreement is seen as a significant step in reinforcing strategic ties between the two nations, laying the foundation for expanded collaboration across multiple sectors. The second decree ratifies an agreement with Kazakhstan designed to prevent double taxation and financial evasion related to income and capital taxes.
