Oman Strictly Enforces Labour Law On All Companies

MUSCAT: The Sultanate of Oman has implemented strict labour regulations that apply universally to all companies, whether local, regional, or foreign, with no exceptions. This regulatory framework is designed to ensure compliance with employment laws, protect workers’ rights, and maintain a transparent and accountable business environment across the country. Firms are required to adhere to legal employment standards, including proper licensing of employees and accurate documentation of their workforce.
